Text Box: Carvoeiro is the nearest large village 5 minutes drive. A fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, boutiques, banks, chemist and local facilities. Porches, there are busy restaurant and shops and only 1.5 km drive. Zoo marine is also only 6 km for the villa, this is a must to swim with the dolphins!

The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £300, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Payment can be made in several ways as follows:

1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on-line payment service. Please note that you do not have to sign up to PayPal to use this service. This is the preferred method for most guests.

2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided.

3. By cheque through the postal service

There is no surcharge for Christmas or Easter.
Bookings of 3 to 4 weeks qualify for a discount.
Very attractive long stay discounts (one month or more) are also available.

This property is normally available for rent between January and December each year.

This is a superbly equipped, amply sized, luxurious villa, situated in a lovely private location but close enough to everything you could possibly desire. The owner and agent very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Every possible appliance is provided and the bbq and bar area, which we used a lot, is tiptop. Its not your typical 'villa' type as it is a converted farm house, which makes it all the better, the conversion is high quality making the accommodation very comfortable, and the villa is big enough that you can loose yourself from the crowd if you wish. With huge TV's, sky, games consuls Wi-Fi and integrated music through out, it provides for all eventualities. The pool is large in comparison to other villas, and it has a small fence to protect should your party include children. I cannot recommend this villa enough and will definitely be paying another visit soon. Go for it, and have a great time.
