Golf courses and tennis courts are just a short drive away. With the motorway now complete, everywhere in the Algarve is now within an hours drive. Beautiful Seville and Lisbon are only 2.5 hours drive. From Clube Rio, walk up the hill with the church on your left; in front there is a laundry, carry on for a few meters and you will find a mini-market. If you carry on and fork left at fist turning, you will find yourself in the heart of Ferragudo village. Here you will find the post office, bank, many snack bars and numerous restaurants.

A deposit of  £300 secures your booking. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms.

The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £300, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Payment can be made in several ways as follows:

1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on-line payment service. Please note that you do not have to sign up to PayPal to use this service. This is the preferred method for most guests.

2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided.

3. By cheque through the postal service

There is no surcharge for Christmas or Easter.
Bookings of 3 to 4 weeks qualify for a discount.
Very attractive long stay discounts (one month or more) are also available.

This property is normally available for rent between January and December each year.
